Commercial Renovations

Struever Brothers, Eccles, & Rouse

Reframed 90% of the renovation of the former 500,000 square foot Proctor & Gamble Building at Locust Point in Baltimore into Tide Point, a commercial office complex.

Reframed the interior structure, HVAC penetrations as well as the mezzanine floor system for the renovation of the 25,000 square foot Stieff Silver Building into a commercial office complex.

Fabricated the timber framing and truss system for an award winning Board of Childcare Chapel project in Randallstown, MD.

Fabricated the timber frame roof system and interior framing of Baltimore's Fell's Point Visitors Center.

Re supported 2nd and 3rd floor system in existing building. Built the timber frame and all tongne and grove decking on new building.
